The Luster is a small, modern hotel with high standards. The comfort, cleanliness and welcome were second to none. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a good district of the city, slightly out of the busy tourist centre, but with shops, bars and some nice restaurants just around the corner. A Metro station is 100m away which gives easy access to the airport, town and mainline station. This is great place to discover Lisbon from, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect City Break at LUSTER Hotel! We stayed at LUSTER Hotel for a city break as a couple and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The location is excellent close to everything but still peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained throughout. Every little detail felt thoughtfully done, and the overall vibe was stylish yet welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic - one of the best we’ve had at a city hotel. Fresh, high-quality options with something for everyone. We also booked a massage at the spa, and it was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had, so good we booked straight back in for the following day, the masseuse was amazing! It was my partner’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with champagne and cake in the room, such a thoughtful and personal touch that really made our trip extra special. For the level of service, quality, and comfort, it’s amazing value for money. We’ll definitely be returning to Lisbon, and when we do, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommended

It was excelent. Well located, close to metro that gets you to the airport and close to bus station from where you can go to the main tourist attractions. It has a lot of supermarkets nearby (Lidl, Continente). It was my wife's birthday and they made her a birthday surprise. In the evening when we returned to the hotel there was a bottle of cava and some delicious cake. We had coffee and tea in the room that was supplied every day. The room is spacious and very modern. Bathroom was also very big. The only little problem was that there was an intermittent buzzing noise at night, probably from the external units of the air conditioning system of the neighboring buildings. Our room had a pool view and in this direction are also the air conditioning systems. My wife could sleep but because I have a lighter sleep I woke up once.

Our stay at LUSTER Hotel was nothing short of fantastic, I can't recommend it enough. It's in a great location (2 mins from a Metro stop) and the attention to detail is clear throughout the accommodation. Our room was upgraded on arrival and it had everything we needed - fridge, TV, robes etc. We also enjoyed using the indoor pool (often by ourselves!). The staff at LUSTER were faultlessly helpful and a joy to be around - they even left a birthday present in the room for me, despite not mentioning it at all. It's these little thoughtful things that are evident around the hotel. We will be back!

This hotel is a perfect example of city hotels. It is located near Duque da Saldenha monument, which is a great district with metro station (it is called Saldahna) and lots of shops around. It is also not far from airport, like 15 minutes by taxi or so. The staff of the hotel are all really nice, cute and professional people. There are always valet person in the lobby, which will help with luggage and orient you with the hotel. And also this person calls the elevator for you even before you enter the lobby, which is so cool, that I felt like most important person in the world. During the breakfast personnel works very fast and operatively, they can get you your drinks or waffles in like 5 minutes. And by the way, every staff member speaks English perfectly. Also breakfast is really good and tasty with fresh fruits, juices and bakery. You can also find Pastel-de-nata here. We got 2-floor room on the last 9th stage with street view. I recommend to get a street view room, because as I said, the area around the hotel is really nice with beautiful boulevard and high buildings in portugal style. On the first floor of the room is the big TV and a couch, there is also one extra bath room. On the second floor there is a huge bed, which was very comfortable. Both bathrooms has "tropical shower" type of shower, which is awesome and also there are very technological toilets with bidet and seat warming. The cleaning is good, but you need to remember, that after certain time, like after 16 or so there will be no cleaning by default, only in the morning. There are also 2 pools inside this hotel. We have not tried indoor one, but tried outdoor. This is a really cool cozy space with small pool and bar. Although it is located on 3rd floor and there are lots of high building there is still sunny here and you can get your tan done. This pool is also very well isolated from outer world by nice hedge wall with colourful plants and flowers.

The hotel has a nice interior and gives a luxurious vibe. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. The room is high tech with night electric blinds, lots of mirrors and various light options. The outside pool had nature decor and beautiful tiles, there was a bar too, but it was closed this time of the year (January). The inside pool has a sauna, steam room and shower. Breakfast has a good variety of food, a big choice of local deserts and PROSECCO :) The bar staff is very professional, they made our drinks with a nice presentation and snacks. There is a coffee station in the reception with pastries and water, available 24/7. In the restaurant toilets are high tech with lots of various options of wind and water etc. The hotel is not in the touristy area, but Uber is super convenient. We have not tried buses or metro. Overall a great stay with a super comfy bed!

We had a great stay at Luster and will definitely come back. Staff was always very helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were extremely comfortable, curtains allowing for complete shutdown. Location is great, a bit away from the touristic hotspots, but with lots of dining and shopping options around.

A beautiful modern hotel where every detail has been considered- from the moment you walk in and being handed a cold towel and drink to freshen up to the amazing fragrance the hotel is layered in. The rooms are exceptional with such innovative touches (make-up area, different plugs on your bedside tables etc) even the TV is carefully designed to look like a mirror. The beds are really comfortable too and the staff are all really friendly and welcoming. A truly wonderful experience and I would definitely go back. Highly recommended!

Luster Hotel has been one of the best places we've stayed at so far. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and complimentary water and coffee provided each day. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. A lovely extra touch was the availability of tea, coffee, water, and small pastries at the counter near the reception throughout the day. The breakfast is also excellent.
